D(+) -lactose monohydrate was used as the reaction substrate to synthesize galactooligosaccharide with 2-8 degree of polymerization under the action of galactosidase hydrolysis and transglycosylation. Studies have shown that D(+) -lactose monohydrate can protect intestinal health, participate in immune regulation, inhibit tumor cell generation, improve mineral absorption, improve cardiovascular disease and other physiological functions.
