Tri (2-carbonyl ethyl) phosphorus hydrochloride is an organophosphorus compound, which can be used as a water-soluble reagent for the selective reduction of disulfide. It is more stable than DTT in mass spectrometry application. It can also be used for selective reduction of disulfide in water (see related literature)
