The Chinese name of the intermediate of Exemestane is 1, 4-diene-3, 17-diketo-6-methylene-androstane. Exemestane is an irreversible steroid aromatase inactivator, structurally similar to the natural substrate of the enzyme androstenedione, and is a pseudo-substrate of aromatase (refer to related literature)
