Oleanolic acid carboxymethyl ester has many uses in medicine. First of all, carboxymethyl oleanate has the main functions of regulating blood lipids, anti-atherosclerosis and improving blood circulation, and is mainly used in clinical treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. Secondly, carboxymethyl oleanolic acid has a protective effect on liver injury, can reduce the increase of serum alanine aminotransferase, promote liver cell regeneration, accelerate necrotic tissue repair, and is often used in the adjuvant treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis. In addition, oleanol-28-methyl ester 2,11,13 (18) -triene has a particular effect in the treatment of human or mammalian skin diseases (see related literature)
