Daidzein, also known as daidzein, is the β-glucoside of daidzein, which is the main form of soy isoflavones. Soybean isoflavone is a special bioactive ingredient in soybean. Epidemiological investigation, animal experiments and cancer cell culture experiments have confirmed that soybean isoflavone has numerous bioactive functions, including inhibiting the growth and proliferation of breast cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia and some liver cancer and stomach cancer cell lines, and fighting cholesterol (refer to relevant literature)
