Triprerelin is a synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue (GnRHa), which is mainly used in the clinical treatment of children with precocious puberty. This drug can inhibit the secretion of gonadotropin, and then inhibit the function of testis and ovaries, and reduce the level of sex hormone in the blood, so as to achieve the effect of inhibiting or shrinking the tumor and stabilizing the follicle and endometrium (refer to relevant literature).
