Thymalfasin

Thymophoxin is a protein and polypeptide hormone with immune enhancing function produced by superficial cortex and medulla-epithelial cells of thymus. It is an acidic polypeptide composed of 28 amino acids, and a biological response regulator with relatively wide biological activity. It is mainly used in the treatment of immune deficiency, viral infection and tumor, and is a confirmed first-line drug for hepatitis B treatment. It can also be used as a vaccine adjuvant drug, and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
